1. Of all the things we've done this year. which are the most useful and important up to this point? I think microtype really helped me for my typing and i can see how better i can type now than before. I have also learned many shortcuts and many other computer stuff.
   
2. What do you WANT to learn about computers in the last 9 weeks? I want to learn other shortcuts like instead of using the mouse for like copy and paste i want to learn how to go to other programs with just using the keyboard.

They plan to make and educational video games that will help students by being fun and educational at the same time. This method will make students focus on the fun side of it but they will be learning at the same time. But, there is also a controversy whether life is a video game or what? I mean kids wont be getting real life situations by playing video games. So, video games engage children with continuous action, a concept known as "enthrallment," that raises the threshold for engagement, Freedman said. Was the developers' behavior ethical?
I dont think their behavior was ethical because they took advantage of the widow who believed her underwater land was just worth 445,000 dollars. They then sold the land for 7.2 million dollars which is way more than what they gave to her. I think they should have gotten arrested for what they did because they are thieves. I think that the price of what is now Biscayne Bay was too high. They managed to get their hands on $7.2 million on which they had just bought it for $445,000.

How can this be avoided in the future?
I believe people should be more aware of what is going on out there so that they dont get hoodwinked like that widow. They should know how much the price is for anything they own.

Movie Review

Ghost: by Demi Moore, Patrick Swayze, Whoopi Goldberg, and Tony Goldwyn. It is a beautiful movie based on love and the will of not giving up. After being killed during a botched mugging, a man's (SamWheat:Patrick Swayze) love for his partner (Molly Jensen: Demi Moore) enables him to remain on earth as a ghost. He later on finds out that it was his best friend who sent the murderer to kill him. So, he goes to a spiritualist ( Whoopi Goldberg) for help. She, at first, thinks is going crazy. But, decides to help him. So, Sam tries many ways to connect with Molly. Whoopi goes to Molly's house and tells her whats going on. At first, she doesnt believe her but when Whoopi tells Molly the word "Dido", which is what Sam used to tell Molly he loved her,she believed her. So, Molly finds out that Sam's best friend was the one that sent the murderers to kill him and she then is in great danger. Eventually, Sam gets in a fight with him and the demons come and take him away. Sam's ghost appears before Molly's eyes, they kiss, and he goes to heaven. I personally think this movie is amazing. I rate it ten stars.

Suggestion for more conductive learning

How can a system be designed so students care more for learning?
Well to begin with, the district can start by switching the days. I guess its something like block scheduling. I mean its the same thing everyday. The same periods and the same times and the same bells @ the same time. blah blah blah...Well at least now they gave us 6 minutes between classes and we now have two lunches instead of three. So, thats a change. But yeah I think getting some new changes will help students care more for learning.

Why aren't they as profitable now?
The Dell company dropped dramatically and reported to have lost its revenue by 5.1%. Dell said its results were unaudited, preliminary and subject to restatement. It has been trying to straighten out its financial reports as it is being investigated by the Securities and Exchange Commission over an undisclosed accounting issue. The company, based in Round Rock, Tex., did not provide year-ago comparisons or include balance sheet information in reporting results for the quarter. The accounting problems lost its income by $ 89 million. I personally think that there is too much competition for Dell. So, they need to work it up with their technologies.

I think that all business companies should keep in mind the environmental concerns, so they should be aware of the recycling needs and how people should recycle all products of their companies. In Maine, there are no recycling fees at the time of purchase. Instead, manufacturersare responsible for the recycling costs. Maine has been very proactive in trying to reduce the toxicity of waste going to landfills and incinerators.
